D. Evans Consulting Engages Youth, Traditional Leaders, and Farmers on Business Strategy and Governance in Damongo

D. Evans Consulting, in collaboration with key partners, on Monday, December 16, 2025, sensitized a cross-section of stakeholders in Damongo, the Savannah Regional capital, on business strategy and governance.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of D. Evans Consulting, Madam Darlene Evans, explained that the firm is an Atlanta-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and Strategic Advisory organization that provides global consulting services aimed at empowering institutions to transform their people, operations, and systems through technology, process redesign, and data analytics.

She noted that D. Evans Consulting specializes in advising leaders on business strategy, governance, and operational performance to promote economic sustainability and long-term impact.

According to Madam Evans, the firm is recognized for its strong leadership and expertise in designing and delivering transformative strategies. She added that D. Evans Consulting also develops customized training programs and actively champions entrepreneurship as well as capacity-building initiatives for youth and women across the globe.

The CEO further clarified that the company’s international footprint spans the United States, Canada, and Africa. Through strategic partnerships with Sofora International and the African Consulting Academy, the firm leads workforce development, entrepreneurship, and consulting initiatives across continents.

In an interview with the media, Nbonwura Kelly Gbolo, National Organizer for the Gonjaland Youth Association, expressed appreciation for the initiative, stating that the engagement would contribute significantly to developing future leaders and professionals.

The program brought together heads of department, a representative of the Damongo Wura, queen mothers, farmers, and representatives from the Gonjaland Youth Association, underscoring the inclusive nature of the engagement.
