Yagbonwura Appoints Muftawu as Coordinator for Bii-Kunuto Educational Scholarship Fund

Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I, the King and Overlord of the Gonja Kingdom, has appointed Habibu Muftawu Borejikpir as the Coordinator for Scholarships under the Bii-Kunuto Educational Fund.

This appointment, announced in a letter dated April 3, 2025, recognizes Muftawu’s dedication to education, integrity, and commitment to youth development.

The Bii-Kunuto Educational Fund aims to support students pursuing various fields of study, with Muftawu facilitating local and international scholarships for about 50 students annually.
