KMA Boss Reaffirms Commitment to Creating Enabling Environment for Businesses

The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) Boss, Hon. Richard Kwasi Ofori Boadi, has reaffirmed the commitment to creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the metropolis.

This commitment aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s vision of fostering a conducive business environment to drive economic growth and development in Ghana.

Speaking to ghanawatchonline.com at the Leadership Conclave Seminar at the Christian Service University on April 23,2025, the KMA Boss highlighted efforts to simplify and streamline business registration and licensing processes, reducing bureaucracy and enhancing efficiency.

King Zuba, as he is popularly Known stressed on the assembly’s commitment to improving infrastructure, including roads, transportation, and utilities, to support business operations and attract investments.

He further indicated that businesses operating in a supportive environment are better positioned to compete locally and globally.

“A thriving business sector contributes to the overall economic development of the metropolis and the country,” he stated.

Moreover, he revealed the KMA’s ambition to engage business owners, stakeholders, and investors to understand their needs and concerns, ensuring that policies and programs are tailored to support business growth in the country.

However,he called on government appointees to prioritize the well-being of Ghanaians, ensuring that they perform their duties to impact lives positively.

President John Dramani Mahama’s administration has emphasized the importance of creating an enabling environment for businesses to drive economic growth and development.

The KMA’s efforts align with this vision, demonstrating a commitment to supporting businesses and fostering economic prosperity.
