North Mo Traditional Council Commends President Mahama for DCE Appointment

The North Mo Traditional Council in the Savannah Region has extended heartfelt gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama for appointing Hon. Abdulai Mahamud as the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Bole District Assembly.

The traditional leaders commended the President for upholding merit, fairness, and inclusivity in the appointment process.

The council applauded President Mahama for appointing Hon. Mahamud based on merit, despite protests fueled by ethnic and origin concerns.

They praised key leaders, including Yagbonwura Jira Bikunito Jewu Soale, Bolewura Ketugefeso, and the Savannah Regional Minister, for their selfless leadership during the appointment and confirmation process.

The chiefs and people of the North Mo Traditional Area are optimistic about the future under Hon. Mahamud’s leadership and look forward to working with him to drive development and progress in the municipality.

They expressed confidence in his ability to lead and make positive impacts in the Bole District Assembly.
