
The Savannah Regional Minister, Hon. Salisu Bia Wurbe, has formally conveyed condolences to the family of Alhaji Limuna Muniru following his tragic passing in the Adansi helicopter crash.
Led by the minister, a government delegation visited the family house in Langbonto, a suburb of Damongo, to break the sad news to the family.

The Municipal Chief Executive for the West Gonja Municipality, who is also a member of the family, expressed the irreparable loss to the family.
According to Hon. Salisu Bia Wurbe, the corpse would be flown to Tamale and then proceed to Damongo for an Islamic burial. The minister’s condolence message was delivered with a heavy heart, as the region mourns the loss of one of its own.
