The Senior Campaign Advisor to Boakye Agyarko’s campaign, Hon. Joseph Osei Owusu, popularly known as Joe Wise, says the campaign team has set a target of securing 60 percent of the votes in the upcoming NPP National Elections.
According to him, the team is confident in Mr. Agyarko’s ability to lead the party and restore unity and stability within the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Joe Wise made the remarks in an interview with Kwame Tanko “KT” on Lawson TV’s Ghana Sesen Morning Show today, September 23, 2026.
He said the campaign’s target reflects its assessment of the support Mr. Agyarko has garnered across the party, adding that the team is working to convince delegates to back his candidature.
The former Bekwai Member of Parliament further described Boakye Agyarko as a unifying figure capable of bringing calm and stability to the party at a time when the NPP is preparing for its national elections.
