
The Assembly members of Kwadaso Municipal Assembly have expressed their appreciation to Hon. Eric Asibey for his dedication and hard work as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly.
According to them, Hon. Eric since assuming office last three months has been working tirelessly to ensure the growth of the municipality especially in the area of sanitation.

They highlighted on the MCE’s implementation of developmental initiatives which aim to enhance the municipality’s growth and progress.
Speaking to OTEC news reporter, Sarkodie Samuel on September 6,2025 during a clean-up exercise, the assembly members lauded Hon. Eric Asibey for his initiative of utilizing resources to promote sanitation in the municipality.

Hon. Asibey carried out this initiative as part of the national sanitation day campaign by the Mahama led National Democratic Congress (NDC) to ensure sanity across Ghana.
The Assembly members emphasized the importance of such initiative and how it has impacted various electoral areas,rooting their support for the MCE to enhance environmental cleanliness and development of the municipality and the country as a whole.

The clean-up exercise which took place in Apatrapa, Apatrapa New Site, and Nyankyerenease electoral areas respectively as well as Sofoline brought together various fun clubs and residents from the three electoral areas in their numbers to support the course of the assembly.

Hon. Eric Asibey responding to the commendation from the assembly members, reiterated the call from His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the president of the Republic,stressing on its significance on communities and Ghana as a whole.
He also expressed appreciation to the Assembly members for taking up the responsibility of bringing together their electorates in their numbers to take part in the exercise.

Hon. Eric Asibey affirmed that the initiative will be a recurring event, observed every month to ensure environmental cleanliness in the municipality.
He further entreated constituents on the Kwadaso Constituency to support the assembly’s initiatives to ensure growth and development in the Municipality.
